The Institute of Schuman’s Thought, which sponsors The Three Seas Initiative and the Young Generation Forum, was very impressed by Jan’s achievements and educational background, and invited him to contribute to the development of the Forum. While at the event, he became the spokesperson for the youth group on Polish National Television.
The Three Seas Initiative was founded to promote cooperation among the 12 countries situated on the EU’s north-south axis and between the Baltic, Adriatic, and Black seas. The Initiative seeks to develop shared interests in the areas of transportation, energy, and digital infrastructure, as well as focusing on new investments, economic growth, and energy security. Through these common endeavors, the Initiative aims to scale up the region’s excellence-regionally and globally. The United States, Germany, and the European Commission are also closely involved in the process.
